HYDRO POWER HOUSE

This power house is located on a tropical forest with a hot and humid weather in Ecuador. From a sustainable point of view, the choice of a full-glass faccade allows sunlight in for 13 hours optimising the internal works on the generator chamber. To keep a low maintenance of the building, the choice of glass allows the integrity of it, keeping out humidity and the constant rain and water problems that affects buildings in this area. The leaning glass faccade also prevent water from entering the generator chamber, and lets wind out as a breathable faccade with upper ventilation openings.
