Olympic Tower project is a 58-story mix-use skyscraper located in one of the most prominent intersections in Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). The Project features a grand atrium carved from the project facade, that hosts some of the amenity areas and serves as a huge balcony overlooking the Staples center and LA Live down below. The lattice-looking exoskeleton structure frees up column space and frames the panoramic view of DTLA.
