Role: Project manager, Project Software: InDesign+Photoshop

Core renovation of a 1,700 sq/ft townhouse in greater Los Angeles for a private client. This small project came with a challenge of tight budget ($25k) and a extremely short deadline (38 days before move in).

Being my first personal project, this project had to be designed on the go, while interviewing construction crews, searching for available products to compliment the design and making time to site visit 4 times a week while working a full time job at an architecture firm.
