– Coordination of 60-90% design development submittals.
– Production of architectural, landscaping & wayfinding packages following the Saudi Building Code standards.
– Liaison with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers.
– Respond to comments resolution sheets.
– Shop drawings review.

Lines 2 & 4 of Lima – Callao metro, Peru. Client: Sociedad Concesionaria Metro de Lima.
Development of the first fully automatic underground transportation in Peru. Responsibilities:
– Lines 2 & 4 stations and trainway ventilation system.

– Conversion from CAD drawings into BIM models.

– Presentation and implementation of innovative ideas to improve the concept.

Extension of IFEMA. Madrid, Spain. Client: IFEMA.
The first operator in Spain and one of the most important in Europe within the international circuit of the fair and congress industry. Responsibilities:
– Development of new halls, convention centres, pavilions and outdoor areas.
– Report to senior architects and directors.
– Production of drawings and layouts using BIM methodology.
