About 

During my time as a resource manager at all
three agencies recruiting for freelance has always been a huge part of my job.
I have recruited for all types of disciplines including design, copy, strategy,
analytics, front and back end development, quality assurance, project and
account managers, and motion designers.

In my experience I have done the full cycle of recruiting from initial search
and screen, to setting up interviews and obtaining feedback, to negotiating
rates, to offering and writing contracts. In addition to that I have also
helped with the obtaining all of the necessary paperwork and verifying their
work status for the US. Also when qualified I would present the benefits
information that our company offered.

As a resource manager, I am also very involved in the full time hiring process.
I work extremely close with HR, talent acquisition and finance to determine
what roles need to be open and what the desired salary range is based on the
current forecast and planned work for the individual. I am also very much
involved in the on boarding process as I help set up a new hires agenda for
their first two weeks and personally meet with each new employee on their first
two - three days.

• Work directly with Project Managers and Discipline leads to ensure all projects are staffed according to SOW and with the properly skilled resources.
• Work closely with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to determine which roles should be prioritized and determine if full time or freelance is the appropriate approach.
• Work with a North American and Global resourcing team to optimize work across the Valtech network where possible.
• Review forecasts and utilization with finance and upper management to ensure staff is properly utilized and allocations match revenue targets.
• Hand on experience with Human Resources projects including vacation planning, benefits enrollment, retention and recruitment
• Track resource allocations using a Resource Management and Finance tool (Open Air).

Interbrand, New York, NY, US, Associate Director, Resource Management

• Managed resource capacity and allocations allotment for Interbrand New York, Health, and Toronto, divisions of Interbrand, North America.
• Recruited for freelance staff for Interbrand Health and New York and maintain a database of freelancers and contractors, using Lever, an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Handled North American Operations issues, which included; subscription management, internal vendor management, distribution list management and clean up, company newsletter management, inter- office revenue sharing and internal systems management.
• Worked with finance to keep track of monthly freelance costs and review the forecast for future staffing considerations

• Managed resource capacity and allocations for the healthcare division of Rosetta
• Worked with the Talent Acquisition team to determine what full-time positions should be opened and what should be filled by freelance.
• Recruited for freelance staff in Creative, Project Management, Technology, and Account Management.
• Worked with finance and agency operations on capacity data to help determine proper placement of resources.

• Worked with the COO to roll out the Resource Management function across the agency.
• Worked closely with finance team members to construct monthly freelance budgets and review forecast for upcoming months.
• Recruited for Full-time and Freelance roles in both New York and Philadelphia, placed staff in Creative, Editorial, and Project Management. Managed the internal allocations for resources in New York and Philadelphia.
