Perez was tasked to design repairs and alterations to existing 1-4 family housing units within the Neighborhood Recovery area in Southern Brooklyn. Specific tasks included initial survey and damage assessment, schematic design and design development, assembling and coordination of construction document sets, filing to the NYC Department of Buildings for approval, and construction administration.
