Capitol Hill Luxury Apartments have been designed by Craine Architecture.  This is a 115-unit apartment building on the corner of 7th Avenue and Sherman Street in the charming Capitol Hill neighborhood.  RedPeak Properties, a Denver based developer who is known for providing “quality apartments in desirable neighborhoods” is behind this 8-story project and it will be be built by Saunders Construction.  Amenities include a fitness center, enclosed and in-unit bike storage, a bike maintenance area, as well as a dog wash, community room, and sky deck with gorgeous mountain range views.
