The new ground up 5600 square foot building embodies a harmonious
blend of traditional styling and contemporary design elements. The façade showcases a timeless appeal with a
combination of brick, precast concrete, and dark bronze standing seam metal
awnings. This thoughtful design approach
ensures the building seamlessly integrates with the surrounding urban context
while offering a fresh and inviting atmosphere for potential tenants and
customers.
