Overall responsibilities include:
-Preparation of construction documents
-Development drawings for D.O.B. filings, Landmark and Community Board.
-Development drawings for G.C. including RCP plans, lighting schedules, power and communication.
-Development drawings for custom furniture, lighting and finishes.
-Familiarity with code, including ADA and IBC.
-Design Research
