With a new referendum freshly passed for state university construction funds, the new School of Business was released for final construction documents after having been placed on hold for several years. Significant program adjustments needed to be accommodated in the old design while not increasing the project budget or building footprint, and construction documents needed final coordination and updating to be prepared for the public bid process. The project is on track for LEED certification.
