This project was to design a 4-story townhouse located in Upper East Side Manhattan. The ground floor is equipped with an indoor pool and a separate entrance to the main house. The second floor holds the kitchen, dining and the living area. Three bedrooms, two baths and a home office reside on the third floor while a small apartment sits on the top floor accessing the roof terrace. Palette inspired by the tranquil beaches of Bermuda, this sophisticated designed townhouse has an unique floor plan that allows light and views of green to be seen throughout the entire home. The longitudinal skylight provides additional light and air to central areas which could not otherwise.
