I worked as a full-time assistant manager at INTO Engineering & Architecture, which deals with Seoul city-related urban planning and design projects the most for about 3 years. In this company, I was mostly in charge of several district unit plans, industrial complex development plans, station area activation plans, urban
development plan, housing reconstruction plan and privately-owned land development consulting. These projects usually required improved zoning plan
and incentive schemes to promote certain businesses in each urban area. Below is the list of projects and roles I was involved in.
- Conducted an improved zoning plan and incentive schemes to promote medical tourism businesses and living environments in Hwagok station district in accordance with elevation of the district’s status as a regional center due to a new metropolitan rapid railroad for Hwagok Station District Unit Plan

- Carried out a plan and designation of multi-dimensional urban planning facilities, parks, public parking lots, and roads for Ahyeon 2 Redevelopment Promotion Area Modification Plan
- Devised a plan of upzoning and mixed-use residential for Banghak Station Area Activation Project
- Proposed a housing reconstruction plan for Guro Jugong Apartment
- Devised a plan of multifunctional complex area for industrial, residential, commercial, logistics facility, and a formula to secure privately owned public space for G-Valley (Seoul Digital National Industrial Complex) Development Plan
- Examined current comics and visual industry of Bucheon city. Established industry promotion strategy by analyzing related variety and unrelated variety of the city’s primary industry and planned new land use for Bucheon Cinema Industrial Complex Private Operator Competition
- Examined expansion available land and proposed efficient development size with a master plan for a neighborhood park next to Gangdong Kyunghee Univ. Hospital for Expansion Development Project of Gandong Kyunghee Univ. Hospital
- Proposed land-use plan for Yeocheon Station Area Development Project and Manheung Seaside Tourist Resort Complex Development Project
- Conducted development circumstance analysis and drew up an investment letter of intent for Yangjae Urban High-Tech Truck Terminal Complex Project
