Produced Bid, DOB, and construction documents for internal remodelling of a pre-war era residential project on the Upper West Side. Full CD sets, Alt 1 & Alt 2 applications, review of submittals/shop drawings for amenity spaces of 3200sqft as AOR. On team that produced full CD sets and detailing for apartment interior remodel through to FFE stages for units (between 1600-3980sqft) with renovation budgets up to $1.2m per for both building developer and private clients.
