This project was a remodeling and construction of an existing home. Construction of an art studio and apartment were added into the existing lot.
The original home was built in 1970; an addition consisting of an apartment, art stdio and a 6 car garage was finished in 2011. The apartment consists of 3 bedroom, 3.5 baths, living room, dining room and kitchen.
The designs of these 3 constructions have common areas and roads that link the works within the grounds.
