i've spent the last 13 years largely designing affordable housing in the los ángeles area, sometimes building from the ground up, sometimes rehabbing existing or historic buildings. three projects i've worked on have won preservation awards from the los angeles conservancy. i believe in the city -with its density, walkability and liveliness- both as a better environment for people to live in, and as a way to reduce our carbon footprint. i want o help make the city better and more efficient, and to help solve its affordability problems. my CAD / BIM software of choice is archicad. i use artlantis for rendering. i prepare my presentations in illustrator.
