PALAZZO SPINOLA DI LUCCOLI BALESTRINO

Originally owned from the important Genuvese Family "Spinola di Luccoli", this was a "Rolli Palace" in 1588, 1599 and 1614.
This building is in the centre of the town and few metres from the famous "Via Nuova" of Genoa, now Via Garibaldi also well knowed for the drawings of P.P. Rubens.
Basement is medieval and the building stands on its place from the early XVI century.
Actual owner is one of the main banks in Italy, Banca Intesa Sanpaolo.
Inside there are the "area" managing offices for the North West.
Our firm was asked to plan the full restauration of the exteriors (roof an facades) and a reorganization of the interiors.
Works started at the end of 2012 an lasted for one year.
