Project Director, Tom Alexander explains the scheme:

An elastic variety of spaces enabling work/learn/live/play in an agile chassis, low, mid or high rise. Start-ups and corporates mingle for knowledge exchange, talent transfers and fiscal benefit. Permeable interaction, choice, spatial re-configurability and flexible leasing offer wellbeing and resilience.

Locals or nomads are welcome to start on a sofa, rent a box by the hour/day/week/year, grow into quiet floorplates, and create 3D branded landscapes of platforms, screens and pods for work/learn/living. Play on ground floor and roof, bump on bridges and open stairs. Space is valued by people and volume, cubic metres of air, light, acoustics, health, movement and views.
