2152.78 sq.ft. total area. Finished two weeks before the scheduled deadline thanks to planning the built optimization from the beginning. 50% more comfort comparing to similar projects. Located in a rural area in the equator
with temperature around 71°F daytime / 46.4°F at night time, and high UV radiation. The bioclimate technical
solution was about implementing the tree shadows for cooling and heating the house, additionally natural air circulation was also implemented. Client saved 10% cost budget in design and construction
