The modular urban layout of the estate, based on point buildings, allows for the appropriate opening of the entire area towards green and recreational areas. Despite the high density of buildings in the central part of the plot, it is possible to create comfortable living conditions. Particular emphasis was placed on the modularity and systemic nature of the solution, which is possible mainly thanks to envisioned prefabrication - thus it clearly refers to the architectural tradition of the place and fits the estate even more firmly into the context of the surroundings.
