Brief: Design and build two hotel complexes of studio apartments on a sloped site overlooking the sea in friendly village style layout that maximizes sea views. Budget €3 million.

Personal involvement: Concept 3D visualization. Production and coordination of survey & architectural drawings, under direct supervision of head architect. Implementation of strict government & European guidelines. Liaison with associated professionals (structural and M&E engineers, planning officers, building control inspectors and site foremen). Attended site meetings and inspections of project under construction. Completion & coordination of as built drawings submitted to the European Union for final Grant release.
