About

LEED Green Associate | Urban Designer | Architect

I graduated with Master of Urban Design degree from Carnegie Mellon University with focus on place-making and establishing connections between people and places. I am interested in designing spaces that integrate group of buildings, transit lines, amenities, and public spaces to give character to the area, neighborhood and city.

Graduate studio projects emphasized on citizen involvement and participatory design process with focus on neighborhood revitalization, development of infrastructure and exploration of sustainable urban systems. My final semester studio focuses on creation of new urban district in growing international metropolitan city of Kigali in Rwanda, Africa.

I have 4.5 years of work experience in the field of Architecture with projects that vary in type and scale including institutes, campuses, residential housing developments, and single family houses. I am comfortable working as part of the team but also have the ability to take an authoritative role to lead one.

I am a quick learner and like to work on challenging projects that would give me an opportunity to apply my gained knowledge and skills and also help me develop new skillset.
