Anna Ulak is an architect with an M.Arch from the University of Toronto. Professionally Anna worked at several internationally-recognized firms such as: Bruce Mau, Michael Maltzan Architects and most recently for Jurgen Mayer H, on various projects in countries such as Germany, Russia and Georgia. Current research includes: the influence of computer sciences on biology/ecology/architecture and urbanism during the 20th and 21st century. Other research interests are the voluntary and involuntary relationship between the senses when experiencing and creating works of architecture. Anna is interested in making new types of buildings and environments that amplify the natural world: such as the physiological, ecological and the climatic.
