About

I am an Italian architect based in Milan, I have been working for 8 years as a project manager involved in architecture and interior design projects.

I had my education at University of Ferrara - Faculty of Architecture, I also had a study period (Erasmus Project) at TU Delft University (NL).

After my graduation, I moved to Milan starting my career as architect, registered at the Association of Architects of Ferrara (Italy), id. number 523.

I had the opportunity to face several and different types of project, either due to features and sizes, or due to scale and topic/program: from interior design and residential, to hybrid building and office headquarters. I also worked on exhibition and museography projects. At the moment, I am focused on retail projects and interior design: the team I am involved in developed the new Concept for a Luxury Brand, now applied to new opening stores. Hence, I am currently managing several projects for Flagships and new stores, worldwide. I am currently working, as well, on a competition for the new Concept for a Luxury Fashion Brand (Kering Group, Gucci, Brioni) and on the architectural project and interior design for a School in Africa (apartments for students and facilities).

During my job experience I was involved in all the phases of the design, from preliminary design and Tender documents development, to Construction Phase and final snagging/punch phase, always figuring out day by day the schedule in order to solve all the pending issues, coordinating my Team, liaising with clients and other consultants, dealing not only with design and technical items, but also with budget and cost control, mainly facing to the deadlines and last-minute critical issues to be solved for more than one project at the same time. I had the possibility to develop my skills working on projects located in different geographical area, figuring out every time the specific features due to the location (local rules and regulations, ADA standards, liaising with local contractors and consultants…).

I can speak English (skill developed either during the study period at TU Delft, or while managing the project world wide I am currently focusing on) and I am attending a French class, as well, in order to improve my knowledge of the language (my current skill is complying with level B2)

I am currently based in Milan, traveling when requested in order to attend to site-meetings for projects abroad (mainly related to handover and other milestones), mainly Europe, Middle-East and Far East.

I am evaluating to move out of Italy and I am favorably disposed towards a possible transfer and relocation  in order to improve my skills and have an international new experience. Furthermore, I would like to change my current job position in order to improve and upgrade my professional skills and find new inputs, new challenges.
