The property was to be sold with fully approved plans and permits to build a stunning single family home of over 4,300SF under A/C and 5 bedrooms / bathroom.

It is an exclusive and hard to find location. This lot currently has an existing one story home of 1,826 SF currently rented on a monthly basis at $5,000/M. The design for the home was a modern space with an exploded façade, with overlapping/layered planes that would host balconies and/or the exterior terraces,
