E D U C A T I O N

In 2015 I was awarded a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture by the Higher Polytechnic Institute "Jose Antonio Echeverria" in Havana, and recently the education assessment was completed through NAAB against the current National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Education Standard.

Since 2015 I have led multiple projects, coordinated with various consultants and worked streams under demanding deadlines. I have experienced with building materials and systems, construction documents and construction administration.

Addressed client goals and needs to powerful environments driver through routine architectural assignments (schematics, design development, and construction drawings). Assisted the owner in obtaining necessary plans at Dade Country Building Department. Introduced three-dimensional (3D) computer-aided design software for presentations. Inspected properties were taken by F.D.O.T to collect measurements and other necessary data that increased the precision of the plan both in part taken and proposals. Cured property sites and floor plans with the acquisition area by F.D.O.T. providing more aesthetically attractive and functional design while the re-establishment of each function in the remainder property.
