Peripheral Onset is a fragment of the future city of Bangalore, one that is tectonic and self reliant. The program identifies an issue of extensive, industrial farming that renders land unusable for future generations. Moreover, the region’s depleting groundwater endangers the local inhabitants’ livelihood of agriculture and domestic dependences on water. The proposal of a learning center for a holistic permaculture farming aims to educate and encourage local farming communities and citizens to take to this practice.
