We propose a reform of two apartments in the promenade.

With great views and much light, we propose an open composition for the most part and with three different main suites, separating the Northeast wing with the main room of the Northwest the two remaining rooms.

The central space of the house is occupied by a large kitchen that will be the meeting place of the house.

The light is always the protagonist, opening the whole elevation South to the sea.
