About 

My experience is from a high-end residential architecture, design & construction background.

 As an Architectural Tech Operations Project Manager & Project Coordinator, I possess 23+ years of experience working alongside architects, designers, construction firms, tradespeople, craftsmen, engineers, and consultants in the high-end residential and client servicing industry.

My current role as the architectural project coordinator & operations project manager ensures that the workflow of client projects is seamless which includes, but is not limited to project administration coordination, AutoCAD drawings (including furniture plans, electrical plans, A-V plans and integrating various surface finishes into drawings); product research, creation of presentation image booklets, Maintaining schedules, project databases & electronic information,  video conference applications/devices, step by step tutorials and training to colleagues for various software applications, such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Office 365, etc., handling of project and promotional based post-production work.

I also possess knowledge of A/V, electrical, low voltage/LED, plumbing, millwork, MEP, construction & building methods, appliances, and technology-driven devices.

•Support the client (architect, interior designer, construction teams and/or end user) in all phases and aspects of project development, including (but not limited to): existing/construction documents, precedents, image prep (sketching and photoshop concepts), scheduling, site visits and archiving.
•Project management and communications with consultants, construction firms, trades via Procore project management database.
•Photo documentation of project site for all phases (existing conditions, construction/rough-ins, completion/finish details)
•Create and manage project AV/communications systems, plumbing/finish schedules, assemble finish materials and hardware.

•Construction Administration Coordination: Maintain all logs (RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, payments, change orders). Management of project photography through entire phase including post-editing, formatting, and archiving.
•Zoning - Research and obtain zoning and building requirements from local zoning office/town building departments.
•AutoCAD: Ability to draft furniture plans/RCP plans, elevations, rendered plans & elevations, electrical, and AV plans. Setting up title block sheets for DD and CD drawings by means of both hand sketches and AutoCAD generated drawings. Reproduction of drawings for architects, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors.
•Product Research: Research architectural finishes & materials, plumbing fixtures & fittings, lighting, hardware, appliances for specification.
