The main idea was to come up with a fresh take on how a high rise construction could look without incarcerating the residents in small square boxes.

It is still a work in progress at it still needs to be materialised and receive the final touches.

The top floor will consist of a large glass facade that can have multiple functions such as a two-floor café or communal area for the residents.

The ground floor is dedicated to community functions such as nursery, gym and local shopping.
