The site adjacent to the Metro North train station is proposed to be redeveloped into a 54-unit luxury age targeted (55 and older) condominium contained in two buildings set on a landscaped pedestrian plaza. The 2-4 story buildings, will be built over a two level parking structure with 200 spaces dedicated for public use and 100 spaces for the condominium residents. 

The mission style architecture reflects the surrounding context of the Village of Bronxville.
