As an associate architect, assisted vice-president to lead four architects in the conceptual, schematic, and design development phases. In my daily work, I am responsible for preparing presentations, communicating with clients, coordinating consultants, sorting and analyzing input information, formulating the project workflow, decomposing and arranging tasks for team members, controlling the design quality, and completing the design according to the schedule.
As lead architect, I designed 10 international projects as a key architect, including a mix use project with a 300-meter super high-rise building. Through the skillful coordination of architecture, structure, and MEP, the average utilization rate of the building has reached 75% in a complex massing with rotating and shrinking.
