This Loft is an envisioned space for someone who is in their late twenties- early thirties. In order to maintain the typical program of any residence within in a smaller space, I opted for a loft style residence. While designing this space, my main concern was still allowing for a private space for the resident. After putting in place the stone partition wall, the design for the rest of the loft was set in motion. A seamless palette of stone, wood, metals, and paint textures, this loft space makes for a cozy and relaxing place to call home.
