High Line Art Center: Composed as a landscape, the project offers a new way of engaging with art and the ‘flat’ high line. The private and public program are split vertically in two volumes, mediated by a multi-purpose space directly connected to the High Line. 

Santa Monica Pier Re-imagined: The flatness of the existing Santa Monica Pier is challenged as a 3D graphic landscape articulated by a designed terrain, strategically positioned objects, and programmatic nodes.
