Designed in collaboration with Mexican artist Enrique Ciapara La Brigada Ediciones, is located in along Tijuana's famed Avenida Revolución,  is an art  publishing house, a mixed media press and also an engraving workshop connected to a long tradition in Mexico. 

Along with developer Héctor Santillán the project is the brainchild of  of the artist Enrique Ciapara and a larger group of local and national art professionals, located in the downtown area of Tijuana, BC, Mexico, a city characterized by cultural effervescence and new creative endeavors. 

Due to its strategic location, the project has a bi-national scope (Mexico-US), in addition to a direct impact on the area that has been developing as cultural hub formed of new galleries, studios, passages, art and architecture schools and culinary attraction in an area of Tijuana that is rapidly evolving
