The result of a design-build competition by the City of Riverside through their Parks and Recreation Department this community based senior center provides meals and activities as well as learning opportunities for the community's senior residents.  The center is also available for use by the residents for banquets and receptions.  The 14,000 square feet facility is located adjacent to an existing community center/gym on the grounds of a multi-field community park and was completed on schedule and budget.
