Sarv, located in a dense urban environment in Tehran, serves the administration of employees' retirement funds for a bank. It provides seven floors of sub-terranean parking, ground floor commercial, and six floors of administrative offices. The building is organized with a point-grid structural system and operates with a single vertical core connecting all floors. At each administrative floor, the core "reaches out" into the floors with free-form "arms" that contain all services and private spaces.
