I've taken the project manager roll for this 130-room hotel in Encinitas, California, just outside San Diego. I joined the team during Design Development and have been a part of most of the final conceptual presentations, FFE selection and specifications, schedules and selections for plumbing, lighting, and finishes. With the project due to open in February 2021, I've managed submittals and RFI alongside the project Architect and Senior Design Director.
