I graduated from the Higher Technical School of Architecture in A Coruña, where I studied the Degree in Architecture Studies (2021) and the Master’s Degree in Architecture (2022). During my last year of the Degree, I participated in an academic exchange program in Montevideo (Uruguay), where I worked as an architect at MASA Arquitectos, together with Santiago Saettone and Martin Pronczuk, who were my professors during my stay there. I collaborated on small and medium-scale private projects, mainly single-family houses, and also participated in international competitions. In one of these competitions, the International Ideas Competition for the Montevideo Model Market, our proposal was selected as a finalist.
Upon returning to Spain and while completing my University Master’s Degree in Architecture, I worked at two architecture offices. The first, PØSTarquitectos, directed by architect Sandra González, conducted architecture and urban planning workshops for kids through her project “A Vila do Mañá.” The second, Noumen Arquitectura, directed by Oscar Sánchez, I collaborated on some small and medium-scale projects, mainly single-family housing and renovations.
After completing my training at the Higher Technical School of Architecture and obtaining my Degree and Master’s Degree, I began to learn and take courses in architectural visualization and 3D modeling. I have been working in this field for the past few months, while also working at ARA Arquitectos, where I am currently employed. Under the direction of architects Álvaro and Hugo Romero, I collaborate on medium and large-scale projects, mainly multi-family housing, in different cities throughout Spain, as well as participating in various national competitions. Thanks to the trust placed in me, I have been able to develop projects from the initial design phase to the construction plans, going through all project phases, and intervening in-depth in each of them.
Right now, I am looking for a professional experience that allows me to continue growing as an architect, developing my skills and learning new ones while also learning from other professionals. My desire is to move to NYC to work as an architect, as a challenge that allows me to grow both professionally and personally.
