Revitalization of Odkolek Bakeries area, built in 1920s is a project won through an invited design competition. 

Facade Retention and new-build scheme at the old Odkolek Bakery, the scheme with Metrostav Developments will now be converted into a prime residential district with significant public realm improvements.
