Functional changes and  re-use of   former  Soviet  factories,  those currently  are not usable , can   be significant  step in order to optimize the appearance of the  city  and proper using  of abandoned buildings  to supply  community needs.
This Territorial  which is  called  Gorjaranayin, is  full of   abounded  Industrial warehouses  because it had been one of the main stations of industrial rail ways ,among   Soviet factories. The project  had included Functional reconstruction  & instauration  of whole  area  to  a student   town within universities,  dormitory, administerial   buildings   & a  big park  with  sports facilities. The  main  idea  was  reusing  the  old  structures  &   abandoned  items  such  as old buildings ,cranes  &   Containers & railways .Containers   are  usable  for  students  housing  system. I    preferred  to  set up  some   modular  meshes  for placing  the  containers  on  them ,they can be variable &  students can  choose    their  own containers  compound, even  they  can  shift   their  them  during  the time. The  second important  structure  was the cultural  center   which was  placed on the main axis  that  connected   the  center of  campus  to  the center of  dormitory   area.
The  whole  project  was   based on  reusing & refunctioe  the  abounded  areas  in order to   change   the  city to more  beautiful  & useful  area  with protecting the  environment   by  using  industrial waste .
