The Katz Women's Hospital at (NSUH-LIJ) North Shore University Hospital consists of four (4) main components and serves as an Officehomes(tm) Prototype for Destination Healthcare

• 12,000SF addition of one floor (5th) of the Lippert Pavillion;19 single bedded Obstetric Rooms and 
• 9,400 SF renovations to the 4th floor of the Lippert Pavillion; 17 single bedded Obstetric Rooms 
• 9,300 SF of renovations to the 3rd floor of the Lippert Pavillion; 13 single bedded Obstetric Rooms 
• 14,600 SF addition to the Monti Pavilion; 24 single bedded Obstetric Rooms (anti-partum)
