Hanging Garden of Chicago

The James R. Thompson Center, located in the bustling city of Chicago, has long been occupied by bureaucrats' offices, making it inaccessible to the public after working hours and on weekends. However, with the unprecedented environmental challenges faced by our planet, it's imperative that we explore innovative ways to incorporate natural landscapes, plants, and animals into high-density cities.

This ambitious renovation project seeks to reimagine the James R. Thompson Center as a multi-purpose work-share space for start-ups, event spaces, museums, galleries, hanging public gardens, hotels, and more. By transforming this previously unused space into a dynamic hub for creativity and collaboration, we can infuse the heart of Chicago with new life while also bringing much-needed green spaces into the urban environment.

Join us as we explore the potential of organic integration between high-density cities and nature and demonstrate the transformative power of sustainable architecture in creating a brighter future for our planet.
