Ground-up state of the art 500-person music venue. Built on the site of a small movie theater, whose street face was maintained in the new design - the neon marquee was designed to match the original. Involved in all aspects of the construction administration phase, including many sightline studies and design of an interchangeable guardrail system for flexibility of use.
