To help the building owner evaluate tenant improvement costs, DBI crafted various layout options for a 'sample floor.' As the lead architect for the project, DBI oversaw the construction of amenity areas, such as a 400-seat auditorium, an 8,000-square-foot gym, a full-service cafeteria with a secluded dining section, and a secure meeting center. Additionally, DBI extended their design expertise to the rest of the 370,000-square-foot space, which is occupied by NEA, NEH, and FTC.
