New 450,000 square foot High School using the existing IBM Campus buildings in Vinings, GA. Classroom portion spans across a seven acre lake and is eleven floors. The large assembly areas are constructed new on the footprint of an existing nine story tower. The 56 acre site is heavily wooded and adjacent to the Chattahoochee River National Scenic Recreational Area. The completed project will support 2400 students and associated staff.
