Direct the drawings, schedules, budgets, processes, internal personnel, and external consultants, of the PVH Corp. Store Design and Planning Dept, throughout the creative process; for new store capital projects and remodels; for avg. 30-100 plus projects per year, ensuring deadlines and budgets were accomplished to support expected store proformas and sales projections.
• Design, plan and execute all phases of design for Brand specific initiatives: Schematic Design drawings, Design Development drawings, Construction Documents, lighting concepts, and FF&E for PVH Corp. owned brands, achieving each Brands’ standards for image, function, marketing, other individual strategies.
• Design a 250 sq ft, collapsible, transportable, Pop Up shop installation; with new merchandising system. Collaborated on the installation in (3) tri-state college campuses, resulting in an approx. 50% gross margin, per event.
• Adapt international design standards to meet US/Canada market-specific needs, modifying FF&E as necessary for lower costs, and designed to meet US building and energy codes.
• Curate, develop, and lead an internal design team and core group of external consultants, to continue to successfully implement Brand design concepts and construction documents.
• Specify and integrate new LED lighting packages, and new lighting control systems, meeting strictest US energy codes. Reduced lighting consumption average per store of up to 40%.
• Demonstrate an understanding of materials, cost, and time requirements; decreased a Brand FF&E package 25 % by value engineering material and finishes, while maintaining visual aesthetic of the Brand within budget guidelines.
• Decrease store fixture package costs 25 % by value engineering material and finishes, while maintaining visual aesthetic of each Brand
• Regulate standard professional services costs for rollout projects; ensuring projects stayed within budget
