Noah Li is a passionate architectural designer and visualizer. He graduated from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) with a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree and is looking for a Junior Designer position in New York City.
Throughout his journey, he has consistently aimed to create designs that go beyond mere functionality and serve as sources of inspiration and transformation for communities, showcasing their rich cultural narratives. In the past, Noah has gained valuable experience through internships, where he not only set up and managed architectural drawings and documents on the schematic design and design development of projects involving BIM design, but also assisted in curating design schemes, FF&E packages, and drawing sets for luxury homes.
Design Distill, Cambridge, MA, US, Designer
1. Built models and set up visualizations for early-stage design for clients including Sasaki, Perkins&Will, and SiteLab in SketchUp and V-ray to envision client ideas.
2. Produced post-production for visualizations in Photoshop to develop and illustrate design concepts, and create a sense of place.
3. Worked collaboratively and assisted with project research and data compilation to be used in design processes.
Jarret Yoshida Inc., Brooklyn, NY, US, Interior Design Intern
1. Initiated site visits and measurements for 3 luxury homes and proposed floor plan and furniture plan ideas, realizing clients' ideas and needs.
2. Coordinated with project managers to produce plans, sections, and furniture details in AutoCAD for 5 luxury homes, contributing to project accuracy.
3. Assisted principal designer with client presentations and design concepts, as well as procuring fabrics, finishes, and furniture for multiple projects.

1. Developed and managed over 20 detailed BIM architectural documents in Revit for the DD of a commercial hotel complex, efficiently defining project details.
2. Coordinated with structural and facade consultants to develop facade and interior BIM model details in Revit, effectively communicating design details with teams in Vietnam and Chicago.

1. Proposed spatial planning for the SD of a mixed-use project through hand sketching, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, translating clients' visions into concrete designs.
2. Researched and organized site information for 3 projects using Adobe InDesign, extracting and clarifying projects’ core information for client presentations.
