About 

I am  Architectural Designer & GeneralContractor (cslb# 1073334).  I have worked as a project architect, designer and job captain. I come with 19 years experience in design, documentation and construction of:

I received a Masters of Architecture from Montana State University-Bozeman and have been fortunate enough to work on all levels of projects. I  am familiar with city, state and national codes & requirements and have plenty of experience navigating department policies and working with general contractors.

Design – Develop from conceptual frameworks and restraints custom design solutions utilizing CAD, hand sketches, and teamwork to meet client requirements. Produce detail models/ drawings for approval, fabrication, construction, and coding purposes in accordance with company and industry standards. Prepare graphics and presentations for bid development and sales efforts. Drafting and modeling using 2D and 3D methods.

Project Management – Direct project teams of up to eight members. Define team organization and responsibilities. Establish resource plans, cost estimates, monitor schedules and commitments.   Issue invoices to client for progress payments, and time-and-material activities. Use databases, spreadsheets, and online access portals to monitor, record and communicate with team members and executives.

Construction Management - Manage the selection of general contractor, monitor the progress of construction activities, review shop drawings, specifications and quality control.

Jerry li, FAIA is a fantastic Designer. I have been project Architect under his design guidelines for many projects. Multi Unit apartment building housing USC students, Office Buildings and High end residential.

I would take Jerry's designs and create architecture out of them. Completing design and finding opportunities and finally, contract documents for bid and permit.

Jerry moved to Florida.
