I have been part of multiple architecture studios, where I have worked and helped lead commercial and residential projects, high-end hospitality, and high-rise developments. My experience includes but is not limited to; analyzing real estate developer’s complex development goals, studying existing site conditions, developing responsive design solutions for new developments, implementing building’s system design strategies, drawing 3-dimensional design and technical drawings and models, coordinating the work of consultant design and engineering teams, presenting the work to development clients and financial lenders, and participating in the development of fee proposals, service contracts, and sub-contracts. Additionally, I have been administering the construction progress of several projects, confirming that the work installed by the contractor is in conformance with the contract documents of the design intent. 

 Working closely with clients on all phases of the project, from initial design concepts to administration of the construction helped determine my decision in becoming more involved with development and representing the client and the studio in the best way possible.
