Conjunto La_Celosa [La_Celosa_Complex]

Located in the new Subdivision "Lomas de La Rioja" in the most important Gulf of Mexico's urban corridor: "La Riviera Veracruzana";  these 4 single-houses complex design dialogues with its neighboring buildings by maintaining a balance in height and geometry with a radical vision about how a house for sale must be, with passive sustainable design solutions each house is all cross ventilated taking advantage about its sun side facade to bring light to the house, a big one-piece window in the Master Bedroom is protected by a big celosia screen mounted in the balcony's edge, creating privacy and blocking out noise, regulating thermal incidence as well. Materials used during execution stage are approved by Mexican norms and norms for sustainable housing like thermal ceramic structural block, waterproofing and paintings with LEED credit 4.1 & 5, Holcim concrete due to its carbon footprint reduction during process.
